Hey, I have a question about real estate. Im 23 and a momma...and am thinking of doing real estate as a side "job". I really really enjoy looking at houses and my dad and I use to look at all kinds of houses before he died. Anyways...wanted to ask you how you think the market is right now..when you think it will get better and if you think this is a good time to get a liscence or if you think this work isnt a good thing to get into..

thank you!~!!
