Collecting Vintage Cake Decorations

My Collection started about four years ago.
I had this large Vintage glass lidded jar
and I thought to myself just how
Wonderful it would look filled with
Vintage Cake Decorations.

I Think what has made this one of my
Favorite Collections to add too,
Is the fact that most of these Vintage Decorations
Can be found for little money!
And almost every home had some
sort of Cake Decorations

These two are made of Wood and are
Just for that Special 1st and 4th Birthday!

I always spot the Fun articles that I have found
in Different Publications throughout the years!
Aren't those Circus Candles just adorable?

The Birthday Candles themselves usually
are a bit melted over the years, but even so
the Graphics on the Boxes makes them
a real Treasure for any Collection.

This Box of Angel Candle Holders is one of my Favorites
They are in perfect condition

And Like I promised Here are the Grand-babies
Easter Baskets, had to keep them somewhat simple
only a few Marshmallow candies
and some Rainbow Goldfish.
Keep in mind the Oldest is 2 !

I sure Hope You had a Wonderful Easter
and had plenty of Good food and time with
friends and family.
Happy Spring!

That's a new header on your blog, isn't it? It's gorgeous! And I learned something from your sidebar too: Joan Walsh dolls! I have a collection of her books, but I had no idea there were dolls!
I started collecting cake decorations last summer, and I hope to keep adding to it! Oh, and your Grand's baskets are adorable!
Happy Easter!

What a great collection to have! Love the little angels.

You are very lucky to be able to make up Easter baskets for your grands...my children say the baskets come from teh Easter bunny only. :o( Course I do make them up treats, I just don't get to basket them all up cute like. Hope you had a wonderful Easter!

What a fun collection. I HAD to have a ballerina on my cake every year. Now, I'm not sure why I didn't branch out to other ideas.

We did Scrapbook back when! heehee! Love the birthday treasures, too. I have some candles that I love displaying in a tea cup. What a fun post you put together for us! Thanks! ♥
