Some Favorite Inspirations

I thought I would take some time
to share a couple of my Favorite
Holiday Images

I have a folder filled with pages of cut-outs
from past publications
That I look through to get Inspired to Create!

I just love the little Vintage Cardboard
Putz Houses that were made In Japan
and just about every home had at least one!

They are so primitive and I think thats
just what makes them so sweet
The Simplicity ....

And of course I have a special file full
of Vintage Greeting Cards

I'm working on Scanning and Printing
some Special Holiday Tags

I know it is kinda funny to be thinking
Christmas Creations before Halloween
but I'm afraid if I don't, I'll never
get my projects done and in my Shop.
So In my house you'll see Halloween
but in my Studio....
It's Christmas

I've got a binder full of pages I've ripped out of magazines, and it's fun to go through it and maybe find some new ideas! And I'm sure that right now is prime Christmas crafting time. Can't wait to see what comes out of your craft room this year!

I also love the little houses...and that tree is out-of-this-world!! I'm trying to figure out how I could do something similar with the ones I have. Thanks for the post!

Well hello there!
I got a little old glitter house at a sale for the first time this summer. Mama has several she has collected over the years. We might could collaborate and make this tree stack of them! I like that chippy table in the top pic!

Wouldn't it be fun to have a tree just like the one in the picture? I don't have nearly enough, but now I want to go out and buy every house just so I can do that!! Thanks for the inspiration Diane!!

lol I had a vintage house tree in my atlanta trade show booth a year before Marthas mag spread. glad i inspired her helpers that roam thru the show looking for ideas. I had been featuring these houses for at least two years before the mag spread hit the stands. I still love them!! hugs JoAnn
