Unexpected Vintage Treasures

My weekend plan was to get out
to Palmdale to help my Mom
get things in order
for her Saturday Garage Sale
It was all set-up...

I was to leave Friday afternoon
so that pretty much decided for me
no Garage or Estate Sales..
In fact I didn't even look in the paper!

While I was wrapping
up all the loose ends here
at my Home Office
the doorbell rang...

It was a good friend inviting me over
to look at all her goodies
she had set out for her Saturday Garage Sale!

My time was limited but I did
pop on over and managed to
come home with a box....

Of Unexpected Treasures~

Happy Hunting~

You truly are lucky when it comes to garage sales! I have been looking and sometimes buying flower frogs, but they are getting a little pricey:)

Oh Diane! MS would love your doorstop. She collects them. You neighbors in California sure do have great items in their garage sales. Sigh. Have a great weekend! E

Wow! Those really are wonderful treasures. Especially the door stop. And the pottery. (roseville?) You don't even need to go looking for it anymore, it finds you. :-)
