Countdown to Christmas

Is it too early to start on some
Christmas Goodies?

To be honest I wish I could have started
a lot earlier..

I still have not gotten my Holiday Crafting
Tub down from the attic yet I have just been
working with what I have on hand..

I picked up some small bottlebrush trees
when I visited a Hobby Lobby in Florida..
we don't have Hobby Lobby anywhere near
where I live.

Come to think of it
that is probably a good thing for
my pocketbook.. that place was
stacked high with Holiday Goodies!

Very tempting.....

These silly trees were just a few of
my favorite Hobby Lobby sightings
They look like something right out of a
Dr Seuss Story Book!

And the Bling on these trees well  I
sure wanted to take one home with me..
but I resisted temptation...

I hope to get some more Holiday Crafting
done this weekend, how about you?
I would love to see what you creative women
are making.. please do share~

Hugs & Kisses,

Diane, we have two Hobby Lobby's in our town and Lindsey and I can attest to the fact that we are broke because of it. Who can resist?! Your creations are SO cute! Have a nice day! Twyla

Eeks! so much cuteness! No, not too early. Go for it! It makes me happy to see you crafting again. ♥

I wish someone could just whisk me away to Hobby Lobby. I'm not even sure how far I'd have to go- maybe 2 hours. Those "Dr. Seuss" trees are too cute!

Loved the photo of you and your hubby on the beach! Everyone needs a vacation!
Of course it isn't too early to craft for Christmas.
I made a wreath on Monday for a gift.
I think there is a HL abouat an hour away from me. I've been once!
Hope you are feeling much better.
Warmly,

Thanks, Diane, for the lovely comment you left me. I think you have had bigger issues to deal with and I hope everything is going well.
Your Christmas creations are so cute! I can see why you would want to start holiday crafting now. I still have some things out to work on Halloween, but really haven't felt like it. I'm hoping this weekend...:)

I haven't done much yet so I feel behind already, too. I can't wait though! It's the best time to craft and I love your sweet creations! Hugs!

NEVER too early for a bit of Christmas ;)

We don't have a hobby lobby either... but I'd sure like to see one since everyone else seems to have one nearby!

We now have a Hobby Lobby, Michaels, and JoAnn's in American Fork. I am so glad not to have to drive out of town to feed my crafting addiction! I am working on Christmas stuff myself...so in my opinion...it's never too early1 =D

Personally, I think your creations are much better than anything at Hobby Lobby! :)

It's definitely not too early to start working on Christmas things! Time will fly from now until Christmas, so I try to make good use of my time. I've almost finished knitting one of the two Christmas socks for our newest grandchildren and I hope to get a few more things made in the next 2 months.

Your party cats are adorable and I'm glad you're feeling up to making them! Your trip must have been just what you needed. :)

Always love to see your little creations and the addition of a bottle brush tree is always frosting on the cake! I've been cutting and crafting papers from my last October Afternoon warehouse sale making cards. I must try to venture beyond my glue stick sometime soon!

There is a Hobby Lobby close to where I live and I have to stay out because I could fill a cart in no time with Christmas decor and material LOL
I have been downsizing my vintage Christmas decor it was fun collecting for years but I have way to much stuff to even try to move it so sharing with others

Love, love, love Hobby Lobby. Went to wowrk for them for about a year soon after they hit our area. My hubby and girls all joked that the reason I was to work was for a pay check not craft items. lol And sad to say it was true. Half my check came home in crafts for me to do.

Had another job offer less hours and a lot more money so left my position as manager of the fabric and needlework department. Now I limit my trips to the store. Been three weeks since my last trip but I think I really need a few craft items.

Love there Christmas items. Most of my angels for my angel tree are from there. Such a huge selection of Christmas items and crafts.
