Well I had never heard of them either!
Of course until I ran across this ad in our
local Facebook Market.
A gal was advertising the pair with the handmade bedding
for $10 and yes it was local but not really local enough
it would be a bit of a drive.
These beds made using cigar boxes and wood clothespins
for the bed posts! Very Clever wish i had thought of
that when I was young setting up my dolls house.
Once the seller knew of my interest she was thrilled you see
these had been in the family some time and really wanted them
to go to a good home. I told her it would be a bit of a drive
and I would have to give it some thought. And then she made an offer
that was nearly impossible to refuse.
and they were mine for free!
Time went by
and I was just not able to make the trip most
weekends I work.
But then finally a day came, hubby
and I were going to take a drive to Santa Barbara
for our Anniversary. So I reached out and arranged the pic-up
not sure she even still had them, she did and placed
the bag out on her porch.
We continued on our drive up the coast.
It was a lovely day.
Hope you enjoyed the share!
Stay Well,

They are very sweet I have never seen anything like it either.
Glad you got them
Cathy.
I don't think I ever have - very cool and so nice of the woman who gave them to you.
Hi Diane! It's Debbie from a previous blog Pink Roses and Teacups. I too was locked out of my blog. Trying to get back in, but in the meantime I made this one. So glad to see you back! <3
